Pelvic Health PT · For All Genders

A pelvic floor is a pelvic floor — no matter who's asking.

Leaking, trouble emptying, pelvic pain, prolapse, or sexual dysfunction — Dr. Riley treats pelvic floor concerns across every gender presentation, in a quiet, private clinic setting, or in the privacy of your own home.

The Frustration

Pelvic floor care that assumes one kind of body.

Most conversations about pelvic health leave people out — whether that's men who assume it's not for them, or anyone whose symptoms don't fit a tidy script. Meanwhile the leaking, the pain, the straining, or the heaviness doesn't care what box you check.

The No-B.S. Reality

Everyone has a pelvic floor.

Dr. Riley can help with all manner of pelvic floor concerns across any gender presentation — in a quiet, private clinic setting, or in the privacy of your own home. Even if it's been going on for decades, it's still treatable.

Six concerns, one judgment-free space.

Regardless of your presentation, here's what commonly brings people in.

Urinary Incontinence

Do you leak or worry about leaking when you cough/laugh/sneeze? Are trampolines with the kids a minefield? Or maybe you're rushing to the bathroom the second you park in the driveway because you could leak any second. Dr. Riley can help with all sorts of urinary problems!

Prolapse

Heaviness in the pelvic region - or maybe even a feeling of something falling out? Sometimes this ties in with difficulty emptying or leaking as well. Dr. Riley can help with pelvic floor exercises to eliminate these symptoms and allow you to go back to doing what you love!

Pelvic Pain

If you're experiencing pelvic pain in any region, that is commonly a pelvic floor concern.

This can include vaginal, penile, testicular, anal, low back, SI joint, tailbone, and more!

Sexual Dysfunction

If you experience any kind of sexual dysfunction be it pain with penetration, pain with orgasm, delayed orgasm, premature orgasm, erectile dysfunction, or any other sexual concern, Dr. Riley is happy to help as these are commonly pelvic floor issues!

Difficulty Emptying

Are you someone who sits on or stands at the toilet for a long time for bowel or bladder emptying? Do you feel like you have to strain to empty (quick tip, don't do that!), these are commonly pelvic floor issues that Dr. Riley can help resolve!

Men's Pelvic Health

Yes, pelvic health is for men too - they have a pelvic floor as well after all! Most of the issues regarding the male pelvic floor are covered in the other sections on this page but this section is to emphasize that Dr. Riley does treat male populations for pelvic health concerns.
