Pelvic Health & Leaking
Stop treating leaking as a life sentence
The Frustration: Being told that leaking, urgency, or even difficulty emptying is "just part of getting older" or a normal side effect of hormones and stress. It’s isolating to have your concerns dismissed by a medical system that treats these symptoms as a life sentence you just have to live with—leaving you afraid to jump, run, cough, sneeze, or even laugh without worry.
The No-BS-Reality: Leaking is common, but it isn’t normal. Pelvic health issues are almost always rooted in muscular tension, habitual brain patterns, and pressure management, which means they are treatable conditions with pelvic floor physical therapy, not your "new normal".
Neck Pain & The "Perpetual Knot"
Find the root, not just the sore spot
The Frustration: Waking up with a crick in your neck or living with that nagging knot behind your shoulder blade that won't go away - no matter how much you massage or stretch it. You’re tired of feeling achy and stiff by the end of the work day and feeling like your day to day activities are a life sentence for your spine.
The No-BS-Reality: Neck and shoulder tension are almost never separate issues; they are a system. I don’t just chase the spot that hurts - I look at the whole picture to find why your body is holding that tension in the first place.

Chronic Pain & Movement Optimism
Your MRI is not a death sentence
The Frustration: Being slapped with a scary medical label like "Degenerative Disc Disease" and feeling like your body is a ticking time bomb. When you’ve been in pain for 3 months or longer, it’s easy to feel fragile and terrified to perform simple tasks - like lifting a grocery bag - because you were told your spine is a "mess". It’s a cycle of fear that keeps you stuck, feeling like you’ll never trust your own movements again.
The No-BS-Reality: Most "degenerative changes" are perfectly normal signs of being a human who moves that don't have to equal pain. Chronic pain is a complex system, not a permanent diagnosis. Having navigated my own chronic pain journey, I use mindfulness, breath work, and movement to help you build new, positive associations with your body.
